Laura Erickson has been immersed in her own wellness and spiritual journey for the past several years.
Searching for answers to her own physical, emotional, and mental ailments, she found healing in the daily habits & diet of Ayurveda, strength & calm in Yoga & Meditation, & peeled back the layers of the ego with Spiritual Psychology.
Her process is an on going journey, not an event, and she is thrilled to be working with the Sand Dollar Foundation to help facilitate
natural, holistic, and integrative modalities that work for YOU!
